Alex Easton MLA has reacted with delight at the news from a Northern Ireland Assembly question he has received from the Infrastructure Minister that has confirmed that a section of the Moss Road in Millisle is to be resurfaced in future work programmes.

Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:

“This is fantastic news for the residents of Moss Road and Millisle residents in general, who have had to endure a substandard road for years with patches and pot holes which have made the area look very poor and made driving the Moss Road very difficult. I am delighted that my constant lobbying for the road to be resurfaced at Moss Road, Millisle for the residents has finally paid off. I understand from further discussions with the Department of Infrastructure hopefully the Moss Road will be included in a future work programmes as soon as possible near future. I look forward to seeing the work being started and for the finished article being completed.”
