Alex Easton MLA has expressed anger and disgust as sectarian graffiti sprayed on a gable wall at Balloo Walk, Bloomfield Estate, Bangor.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I am horrified to see someone’s property being vandalized with graffiti being sprayed on the gabble wall of someone’s home at Balloo Walk, Bloomfield estate, Bangor. What is particularly annoying and upsetting is that those responsible have done this yet again, and the residents living in the area are fed up to the back teeth with graffiti being sprayed on their homes. What sort of example are these idiots setting our children by spraying this sort of language and spreading intimidation and intolerance, it’s just not acceptable. This will have to be cleaned up and the rate payers will have to foot the bill which is totally unfair.”
” I would call on anyone with any information to come forward to the PSNI so those involved with spraying this graffiti can be brought before the courts and in my opinion be forced to clean up the mess they created, the community of Bloomfield do not want this, so get off their backs and stop destroying the area, the residents of Bloomfield deserve better”
