Alex Easton MLA was deeply concerned by the state of the Ward Park tennis courts and facility’s.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“Having been for a walk at Ward Park I was deeply concerned at the state o the tennis Courts and facility in Ward Park, We have two tennis Courts look like they have been totally abandoned and in such a sate it is embarrassing to see. We see all the seating around the spectators seating has been removed and concrete supports just jutting up above the surface making it look like an abandoned western town you would see in the movies and of courses the office and changing facility for the club is full of graffiti. This has been like this for several year and basically what are our council going to do about it. It is really not acceptable that of now City of Bangor has third world facility and that this has been allowed to get into this shape, sort it out Council.”
