Alex Easton MLA has expressed deep concern at a series of incidents involving break-ins involving three men and a van.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I am urging the public to be very vidulent as there have been a series of very public break-ins across the Cotton and Whitehill areas of Bangor. There appears to involve three males and a van that have all been caught on video at various locations. There seems to be a gang operating in the area that are targeting properties and taking tools. These individuals are extremely brazen and have been caught on several CCTV cameras. I would urge the public to secure their cars and any workman tools they have, and to not confront these three individuals but to contact the PSNI. This gang are very open and brazen and it is important that the PSNI catch them as soon as possible. These individuals are in my opinion dangerous and I would urge anyone with information to contact the PSNI so they can be caught brought before the courts and sentenced, these people are no Robin Hoods they are thieves and scum.”
