Alex Easton MLA has today accused NI Electricity of not maintaining their Generator sites.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“Having seen many of NI generator sites over the years it is clear they are not maintained, many of these sites are situated beside people’s homes and their gates are left to rust the pathways allowed to turn into wild jungles with zero maintenance or weed control being done by NI Electricity. The generator at Albany Road is a classic example of the poor state the site is left in which inturn upsets the residents who have to live beside these sites. I have written away to NIO Electricity about this after a complaint from residents and ask NI Electricity to maintain the area better for the future.”
