Alex Easton MLA has today expressed exasperation over the speed it is taking TNI to repair road infrastructure signage on the Gransha and Donaghadee roundabouts.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“This is just an utter disgrace we have the Donaghadee roundabout were road infrastructure signage has just been left in a mess, despite being reported and happened last Christmas has not been repaired, eight months. We have the Gransha roundabout were the road infrastructure has also been left the in this state of disrepair despite being reported over a year ago. This is not acceptable, why are these repairs taking so long. Why is North Down getting such a raw deal, why are none of the other political party’s fighting for the people of North Down to get their fare amount of funding and repairs done from the Department of Infrastructure. Its time they all started to hold the Minister for Infrastructure to account and say enough is enough , if you’re not up to the job then stand aside and let someone who is.”
