Alex Easton MLA has said the incident of recording a child in the changing room of Aurora Leisure Centre is deeply disturbing.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said;
“I find this whole incident very disturbing, that some sick individual has tried to take a film of a young child in a changing room. This is totally wrong and needs investigated by the PSNI and Aurora. I understand there is CCTV in operation so I am hoping that any evidence from the CCTV will hopefully identify this sick individual so we can catch them, put them before the courts and jail them for a very long time. I would urge anyone with any information to come forward to the PSNI to help catch this person. I also would ask Aurora to look at how the changing facility’s work with a view to doing something that would stop people being able to record over cubicles or under doors. My thoughts go out to the family who must be feeling very upset over this awful incident.” Ends
