Alex Easton MLA and his colleague Councillor Wesley Irvine visited the new social housing in Bloomfield Estate,
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“Today we took the opportunity to visit the new social housing that has been built by Clanmill with my colleague. We have been inundated with enquires from many families who were keen to get housed in this new development, so we were keen to be able to see at first hand the standard of work that has gone in building these new homes by Clanmill.”
“We have been rather struck by the size of the development and the quality of work that has gone into every detail which has seen a variety of different homes being built with two bedrooms and three bedrooms all being developed with solar panels for constant hot water, and gas heating installed all designed to cut down on costs for the new tenants.”
“We were also amazed at the space provide in each house and the plentiful sized gardens which makes this development ideal for starting a family. We would congratulate Clanmill on this development and urge them to look at more of these schemes in the North Down area,”
