Alex Easton MLA took time to visit the Bangor Foodbank & Community Support Centre.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
I felt it was important for us to visit the Foodbank & Community Support Centre over the Christmas period and leave a delivery in, and speak with some of the volunteers to see how the current economic position the country finds itself in and how it is affecting the Foodbank and to make some food donations and offer any support I could. The work the volunteers are doing and offering with so many services even a Baby Bank is amazing and it is important that this work is recognized and that we offer as much help and support as possible especially over the Christmas period.
