It is only right and proper that Royal Mail management support their staff with proper wages and conditions. There is precious little acknowledgement of the work that continued throughout the Covid pandemic and precious little acknowledgement of the cost of living crises by Senior Royal Mail management who are undermining morale and conditions with their attempts to change staff working conditions and linking it to any pay rises.
I fully support the Royal Mail staff and our local postmen and women and demand that they are treated with respect and are acknowledged for the hard work they have done which reflects a proper pay award.
