Alex Easton MLA has today described the tennis court facilities at Seapark, Holywood as disgraceful and the worst he had ever seen.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“The tennis courts at Seapark are in an absolute awful condition and are just not really safe or playable. The moss that has been allowed to grow over the surfaces make them sloppy and unsafe the repairs done make the surface uneven and it is clear that there has been a lack of care and maintenance not been carried out with barriers even erected to prevent anyone using them. The Council need to always have a regular maintenance service for the facilities they have and this is sadly lacking I have always dais that if you can’t manage and maintain the facilities you have then you should think long and hard before introducing new ones without the proper support tin place. The Council once again letting the people of Holywood down again.”
