Alex Easton MLA has today paid tribute to Doris Hutchinson the outgoing chair of the Groomsport Village Association.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I would like to pay tribute to Doris Hutchinson the outgoing chair of the Groomsport Village Association. Doris has made an outstanding contribution to the work of the Groomsport Village Association and has been and inspirational chairwoman. The amount of effort and time Doris has put into the position over the last two years has been exceptional! Doris leadership skills, ability to work with everyone and organisational skills that have seen so many events and initiatives organised for Groomsport Village are a credit to the woman she is. Doris will be sorely missed by everyone, however she leaves the committee in great shape for the future and I look forward to working with the new chair whoever that will be. Finally I would pay tribute to the other outgoing members of the committee who have been a great help with all events and initiatives over the years.”
