Alex Easton MLA has today paid tribute to the Groosmsort Village Association after they carried out work to clear a pathway at the back of The hill Groomsport.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
I want to thank the Groomsport Village Association for the marvellous job that they have been done last week at The Hill, Groomsport. They deserve praise for coming together for people and taking time out to improve people’s lives. I have been contacted over the issue who asked that I take the time to praise their efforts as this has made such a difference to those residents. Residents are saying It’s such a relief they are not having to fight their way through the over grown thorny bushes to get their Bins out. They did the pathway from the front of the Road to the side of the passage way last week and came today and completed the work. Everyone I have talked to are all greatly thankful for all the hard work that went into pulling this off, and while I had no role in this at all, I do want to pay tribute to the members of the GROOMSPORT VILLAGE ASSOCIATION for their efforts!
