Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I am delighted at the news that work is to commence shortly on the new sewage pumping facility for Millisle. This has been an on-going problem for residents of Millisle who have had to put up with bad smells and sewage leaks for years. This work will not only alleviate this it will also mean cleaner water for bathers and get rid of the smells and sewage leaks. I welcome the confirmation that the work is due to start very soon.”
