Alex Easton MLA has today expressed concerns at the safety of the play park at Ballyholme.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I have been approached by concerned parents about the safety of the surface at the bottom of the children’s slide. I was surprised to see that a hole has appeared that could potentially hurt a child if they landed in the wrong way. I am surprised this defect has not been picked up on by the Council as this play park is relatively new. I have contacted the Council on the issue and fully expect then to take immediate action to resolve this Health and safety issue.”
