Alex Easton MLA has contacted the PSNI after fox cubs shot on golf course for no reason.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I am totally disgusted and angered to hear the news that these fox cubs have just been gunned down for sport by an air rifle, this is animal cruelty at its worst and those involved should be ashamed by their actions and cruelty, these fox cubs and their mother were doing nobody any harm. What type of sick idiots even brings an air rifle onto a golf course to do such a thing is beyond me. I am determined that those responsible are caught and I have contacted the PSNI and Council and I am also pursuing the possibility there may be CCTV around the location, and I want to ensure a proper investigation happens in this barbaric incident and those individuals are brought before the courts if possible.”
