Alex Easton MLA has today condemned the mindless thugs who set fire to a pensioner’s bins and fence.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“It never ceases to amaze me how someone could be as stupid as to set the bins of a pensioner on fire. Do they ever consider the impact they have on someone’s mental health or indeed the damage they do to someone’s property, which ultimately has to be paid for out of their own pocket to get fixed. What’s more, this senseless act by these thugs could have had more consequences that are serious as the fire could have spread to someone’s oil tank and their home and we could be looking at a death or serious injury. I am calling on anyone with information on this to please contact the PSNI so those involved can be held accountable for their reckless and dangerous action.”
