Alex Easton MLA has been left saddened at the news that Frankie & Benny’s are to close all their restaurants across Northern Ireland and in particular Bangor.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“I am very sad to hear that Frankie & Benny’s are to close their restaurants across Northern Ireland and in particular Bangor. As someone who has regularly used Frankie & Benny’s over the years with my family, it is very sad to hear about the closure. I am especially saddened that Bangor will lose such a good restaurant and disappointed for the staff that will lose their jobs. I will be writing to the Department for the Economy Minister Simon Hamilton to see if there will be any package in place for staff for training opportunity’s, and if there may be the chance of another restaurant chain coming in to take over. This is a sad day for the restaurant trade in Bangor.”
