Alex Easton MLA has today praised the PSNI for their quick response to dealing with horses that got onto the Bloomfield Road South on Tuesday evening.

Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said;

“I can’t praise the PSNI enough for dealing with this situation in a quick manor, how these horses came to be on the busy Bloomfield Road South is a mystery, but it had the potential to cause an accident which could have injured the horses, damaged cars and indeed seen someone seriously injured or even killed. I am relieved the PSNI dealt with the situation quickly and am I glad nobody was hurt and that the animals are now safe.”
