Alex Easton MLA has expressed concern at the length of time it is taking to resurface the footpath at Main Street, Millisle.
Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:
“While I understand that this work has been delayed due to flood damage on a section of road at Ballywalter, and I know it is vitally important to put health and safety first in Ballywalter. However it is now well over six months since there was an agreement to do this work and it is important that this work is carried out as soon as possible as agreed by the DRD Minister with me. I would urge the DRD to prioritise the footpath resurfacing at Main Street, Millisle as soon as the work is finished in Ballywalter.”
