Alex Easton MLA and Alderman Bill Keery have today called on TNI to resurface the road at the entrance to the shops at Ashbury Avenue.

Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:

“After numerous complaints and having to reports five separate pot holes alone for Ashbury Avenue to TNI, myself and Alderman Bill Keery decided to visit the main area of complaint which is the entrance way to the Ashbury Shops. The road surface from the safety crossing Island to the end of the entrance of the Ashbury shops is a total mess with the weather and large delivery trucks taking their toll on the road surface. The pot holes outside the Ashbury shops are huge and are likely to cause damage to cars if hit too hard when driving. I would urge drivers to be careful. I am today calling along side my colleague Alderman Bill Keery for TNI to take urgent action and have this part of the Ashbury Avenue resurfaced as a priority!”
